I'll just say here what I said at the Mega Man Sprite Expo.

A few days ago Capcom cancelled Mega Man Legends 3 in what is the latest of a long string of bullcrap decisions on their part. Recently they seem to have some sort of vandetta against the Blue Bomber as a whole. Personally I think they're flipping Keiji Inafune a middle finger after he left them behind.

Anyway, Let's try to get it back. Join in on the fight.

Help gather enough members to show Capcom how idiotic they're being.

I remember playing Legends. Gameplay was shit due to crappy PSP emulator.

It's not just about Legends Baryl. Capcom has been making a slew of decisions regarding Mega Man and really their games in general which do nothing but annoy and anger their consumers; their audience. Things like DmC5, Mega Man Universe getting cancelled, Street Fighter's stagnant sequel spewing, the sloppy use of DRM, and yes UMVC3. This was just the straw that broke the camel's back, and something I agree is worth showing Capcom they're wrong about. Especially considering they blamed the fans for the cancellation of the game (or at least Capcom of Europe did.)

You'd be surprised at how many thousands of people were anticipating it.

Besides, what's wrong with showing a little support? There was a twelve year gap between Mega Man 8 and Mega Man 9 (or only ten years if you count Mega Man and Bass,) and it ended up being a worthwhile game. Legends 3 looked like it was being structured into something really good as well. Not only that, but the fans have already proven Capcom wrong about their initial point that less than 15,000 were interested in the game.

So I figured why not show support to a movement which has a chance (no matter how slim) of making Capcom change its mind? Stranger things have happened.

"This poor game wasn't going to succeed, everybody knew that but nobody wanted to accept it."

WOW. Can I have some of what you're smoking? How do you have ANY knowledge of how a game is or is not going to do? With how hand in hand this was being developed so far, I'm pretty fucking sure it would have turned out just fine, especially after taunting fans with the cliffhanger for ten fucking years.

"I remember playing Legends. Gameplay was shit due to crappy PSP emulator."

The obvious problems with this statement are in the last two words. PSP and emulator. You emulated a port of the game, which already had bad controls due to button limitation, then added buggy reproduction on top of it, thus, your own damn fault.
